The eclipse event was a tremendous success!  Tons of people showed up, and at least a dozen members from the RRAS and other clubs set up telescopes at the observatory.  We capped off eclipse day with a star party at White Ridge Bike Trails that night.  All in all, it was a great event.  The next eclipse will be on April 8, 2024, and this one will be a total.  The centerline runs through central Texas and into Arkansas, and several RRAS members have already made plans to see it.  Check out the Great American Eclipse website for more information about this eclipse.
